P3KI FMIPAK serves as a platform for managing the Publication House, which oversees scientific journals administered by Departments/Study Programs under FMIPAK Universitas Negeri Manado. The Publication House was established to accelerate the increase in scientific publications by postgraduate students and lecturers, particularly in accredited SINTA journals as well as internationally reputable journals indexed in Scopus and Web of Science (WoS).

For lecturers who require support in the publication process for the purposes of completing the Lecturer Performance Report (LKD) or managing the requirements for functional position promotion, assistance facilities are available through the FMIPAK Scientific Publication House. As part of the Kemdiktisaintek program to create positive impact within the campus environment, this Publication House also provides guidance for school teachers who wish to publish scientific articles.

In addition, the FMIPAK Publication House coordinates scientific journals from various study programs within FMIPAK and prepares the implementation of international conferences in FMIPAK’s fields of science, as well as various other activities related to scientific publication.
