Vision

To become an Excellent and Innovative Faculty in Education, Mathematics, and Science, grounded in the values of Mapalus.

Mission

  1. To provide high-quality education and learning in Mathematics and Science, encompassing both educational and non-educational fields, that are accessible to the wider community.
  2. To conduct research and development in Education, Mathematics, and Science that generate innovations for the advancement of science and technology and contribute to addressing development challenges in Indonesian society.
  3. To conduct community service activities aimed at improving societal well-being through knowledge transfer and the dissemination of technological innovations in Education, Mathematics, and Science.
  4. To implement faculty governance based on the principles of good university governance supported by information and communication technology (ICT).
  5. To strengthen the pillars of character and enhance integrity based on the values of Pancasila.

Goals

  4. To establish faculty governance based on the principles of good university governance supported by information and communication technology (ICT).
  5. To foster an FMIPAK UNIMA academic community characterized by strong character and integrity based on the values of Pancasila.

Strategic Targets

  1. Implementation of a high-quality, fair, and transparent student admission and selection system in accordance with the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI).
  2. Improvement of professional human resources in accordance with their respective fields of expertise.
  3. Availability of facilities and infrastructure that support high-quality education and learning activities.
  4. Increased collaboration in research and community service that results in scientific publications in accredited national journals and reputable international journals, as well as the acquisition of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), including copyrights, patents, and simple patents.
  5. Development and dissemination of innovative research products that can contribute to improving societal well-being.
  6. Establishment of an excellent academic system rooted in the local wisdom and values of Mapalus.
  7. Establishment of an improved, integrated, and easily accessible system for administration, academic services, and information provision for students, stakeholders, and the wider community.
  8. Development of an FMIPAK UNIMA academic community characterized by strong character and integrity based on the values of Pancasila.
