Internships are a form of personal development program that offers students the opportunity to gain direct work experience in industries, government agencies, or non-profit organizations. The Student Community Service program (*Kuliah Kerja Nyata* or KKN) is a form of community service undertaken by students as part of their off-campus learning experience. During KKN activities, students engage directly with the community to design and implement programs that generate positive impacts—such as in the fields of education, health, the environment, or economic empowerment. KKN encourages students to develop social interaction skills and adaptability to diverse social conditions, while also fostering empathy, a sense of care, and a spirit of mutual cooperation in community building.
