Bureaucratic Reform is one of the initial steps in supporting the government’s efforts to improve the organizational governance of the Faculty of Mathematics, Natural Sciences, and Earth Sciences, Universitas Negeri Manado, so that it operates effectively and efficiently and is able to provide the public with fast, accurate, and professional services. These efforts are aimed at realizing good governance and clean government, developing FMIPAK UNIMA personnel who are free from corruption, collusion, and nepotism (KKN), improving the quality of public services, and strengthening institutional capacity and performance accountability.
In carrying out its duties and functions, FMIPAK UNIMA is committed to eliminating abuse of authority, corruption, collusion and nepotism (KKN), discrimination, and weaknesses in oversight. To achieve this, strategic measures are implemented through the development of an Integrity Zone toward a Corruption-Free Area (WBK) and a Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Area (WBBK) within FMIPAK UNIMA.
