A tracer study is an alumni tracking survey conducted to determine the whereabouts and career paths of graduates, as well as the relevance of their competencies to the needs of the job market. Through this study, FMIPAK Unima gathers data to serve as a basis for curriculum evaluation and development, the enhancement of educational quality, and the strengthening of ties between the institution and its alumni. The results of the tracer study serve as a key indicator in efforts to boost graduate competitiveness and institutional accreditation.
